Hello friends this is Eric "Celiac Rabbit", had a great weekend at the Food Show in Lexington, Ky meeting some facebook friends, Gluten-Free Lexington.  They were working their booth helping those with Celiac Disease, Gluten Intolerance and other food needs find resources they can use!  Great Job!  What is amazing to me as a Celiac is that all these groups are volunteers trying to help others like themselves figure out how to eat, sharing recipes, what ingredients to look out for, find restaurants and share research with each other.  Ohhhh and with the Holidays approaching it is high stress for many!  You don't want to inconvenience anyone but you do want to EAT as well.  Be safe out there and at the end of the day it is your Health & Life, take great care of it!!!  Thank you to Stacy and Andy for taking a photo with me and for the time out of their family schedule to volunteer, very nice people!
